Terms Overview & Binding Effect
These Terms of Purchase are official standardized purchase agreement rules formulated by our skincare e-commerce platform, which clarify the rights, obligations, and legal binding relationship between the platform and all registered users, purchasers, and consumers. All behaviors of users browsing the platform, placing orders, paying for goods, and completing transactions on the platform will be deemed as full recognition and voluntary acceptance of all clauses of these Terms of Purchase. These terms apply to all commodity transaction behaviors and shopping service behaviors of the platform, and are the basic normative basis for all online purchase transactions of the platform.
The platform reserves the right to update, optimize, and adjust these Terms of Purchase according to platform operation needs and market standard changes. The updated terms will be displayed on the official platform page in real time, and will take effect immediately after publication. Users' continued shopping and transaction behaviors on the platform will be deemed as acceptance of the latest revised terms, and no separate notification will be made for individual users.
User Purchase Qualification & Account Specifications
All users who carry out purchase transactions on the platform need to be natural persons with full civil capacity, who can independently bear the legal responsibilities and consumption obligations generated by shopping behaviors. Minors are not allowed to independently use the platform for shopping consumption, and minor shopping behaviors need to be completed under the supervision and consent of their guardians. The platform does not assume any responsibility for unauthorized shopping behaviors of minors.
Users need to ensure that the personal information, delivery information, and payment information filled in during the shopping process is true, accurate, valid, and compliant. Any shopping disputes, logistics distribution failures, and after-sales processing obstacles caused by users' false information, wrong information, and invalid information shall be borne by the users themselves.
Users shall abide by the platform's account use specifications, shall not register multiple accounts maliciously, shall not use other people's accounts for illegal shopping transactions, shall not use the platform for illegal arbitrage, malicious order brushing, malicious return and other abnormal shopping behaviors. The platform has the right to monitor and identify abnormal account behaviors, and take restrictive measures such as order cancellation, account restriction, and account ban on non-compliant accounts.
Commodity Price & Transaction Payment Rules
The unified settlement currency of all commodities on the platform is USD, and all commodity prices, order amount settlement, refund amount calculation, and service fee settlement are subject to USD standard pricing. All commodity prices displayed on the platform are real-time transaction prices, which include commodity value cost and basic service cost, and the platform does not charge any hidden fees, handling fees, and service fees separately.
The platform provides full-site free global shipping services for all orders, and no shipping fee will be added in the order settlement link. All order settlement amounts are the final payment amount, with no additional charges and variable fees. The platform adheres to the principle of transparent pricing, and all commodity pricing standards are open and public, without hidden pricing and arbitrary price adjustment behaviors.
Users need to complete order payment through the official legal payment channels supported by the platform within the valid payment time of the order. Unpaid orders that exceed the valid payment time will be automatically closed by the system. Users shall not use illegal payment channels, stolen payment accounts, and fraudulent payment methods to complete order payment. The platform has the right to verify the legitimacy of order payment, and freeze and cancel abnormal payment orders.
Order Establishment & Validity Rules
After the user successfully submits the order and completes the full payment, the electronic transaction contract between the user and the platform is officially established, and the order becomes a valid binding transaction order. Both parties need to perform their respective obligations in accordance with these Terms of Purchase and platform rules. The platform shall perform the obligations of commodity delivery, logistics distribution, and after-sales guarantee in accordance with the order agreement; users shall perform the obligations of accepting goods, verifying goods, and abiding by after-sales rules.
After the order is successfully paid, the platform will not arbitrarily cancel, modify, or change the order content without the user's consent. For orders with abnormal transactions, fraudulent behaviors, and violation of platform rules, the platform has the right to cancel the order unilaterally and terminate the transaction agreement, and explain the reason for cancellation to the user.
Users shall not arbitrarily cancel valid paid orders that have been shipped. For orders that have not been shipped, users can apply for order cancellation in accordance with the platform's order cancellation rules, and the platform will review and process them in accordance with the refund policy standards. Malicious batch cancellation of orders and repeated invalid cancellation applications are deemed to be non-compliant behaviors, and the platform has the right to restrict user shopping authority.
Commodity Receipt & User Obligations
After the platform completes the delivery of goods, users shall take the initiative to pay attention to the logistics tracking information, and complete the receipt and inspection of goods in a timely manner after the package arrives. Users shall check the integrity of the package packaging, the quantity of goods, the appearance of products, and the validity period of products after receiving the goods. If any abnormal problems such as wrong goods, missing goods, damaged goods, and quality problems are found, users shall feed back to the platform customer service in a timely manner and retain valid evidence.
If users fail to feed back the abnormal problems of goods within the valid after-sales period, it will be deemed that the user has confirmed that the goods are complete, qualified, and in line with the order agreement, and the subsequent after-sales application for the same problem will not be accepted. Users shall properly store and use the purchased products in accordance with the product usage instructions, and the platform will not bear the responsibility for product damage and skin discomfort caused by users' improper storage and use.
Transaction Abnormality & Dispute Handling Rules
In the process of order transaction, if commodity shortage, logistics loss, product quality disputes, service disputes, and other abnormal transaction problems occur, both parties shall abide by the principle of good faith negotiation and solve the problem through friendly communication. The platform will take the official order records, logistics tracking records, product inspection standards, and platform official rules as the basis for dispute judgment and handling.
For transaction disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties can solve them in accordance with international commercial transaction norms and platform official policies. The platform will adhere to the principle of fairness and impartiality, fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of users who abide by the rules, and standardize the transaction behaviors of both parties.
Malicious Transaction Prohibition Rules
Users are prohibited from using the platform's shopping service to carry out malicious transactions, including but not limited to malicious batch orders, malicious return of goods, false transaction arbitrage, malicious evaluation of bad reviews, interference with platform normal transaction order, and other non-compliant behaviors. Once the platform identifies malicious transaction behaviors, it has the right to take measures such as order cancellation, refusal of after-sales application, account restriction, and permanent ban, and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities for serious malicious behaviors.
